- No one will be in your home without Dave being present while we are prepping the property for sale. Depending on your property, we can make our listing by appointment only to ensure that Dave is on site with each showing.
- Pre-launch marketing program to stimulate interest in your property before we go live on the market.
- Custom flyer, property website, virtual tour, photos, online marketing, print advertising, etc.
- Access to remote buyers & investors, on-going status reporting.
- We handle exposure to local buyers as well as buyers investing in or moving to Silicon Valley and your neighborhood.
- We have access to Compass Concierge Service that fronts the money to you for repairs and work to prep your property for sale through Compass. There are no fees or interest charges to you for this service.
- We have access to Compass Bridge Loan Service that fronts the money to you to cover all upfront costs and up to 6 months of bridge loan payments through Compass. This allows us to find and buy your new home before we sell your existing home. There are no fees or interest charges to you for this service.
- 2.5% commission is paid to the broker representing the buyer.
- You work directly with Dave…Dave is backed by a team…transaction coordinator, title company specialists, mortgage broker, inspectors, handyman, stagers, photographers, marketing specialist, agents for back-up as needed, etc.
